63900 Private Amos Thompson, 18th Lancashire Fusiliers. Died, at the 64th Casualty Clearing Station from wounds received in action, on 12th November 1918, aged 19. He lived at Throstle Grove, Slyne and this headstone is in Nether Kellet Congregational churchyard.
