38498 Private James Vernon Weaver, 1st King's Shropshire Light Infantry. Killed in action on 19th September 1918, aged 20. CWGC database gives his name as Vernon James Weaver.
The centre window below, although dedicated to the donor's parents, would seem to also, possibly, be intended to be a memorial to victory in the Great War.
