Lieutenant Montague Forwood Ainslie, 12th The King's (Liverpool Regiment). Died, from wounds received in action, on 17th April 1916, aged 22. Interred at Lijssenthoek Military Cemetery. Son of Richard M. Ainslie, Childwall Vicarage, Liverpool. The memorial is in St John's churchyard extension (Windermere Cemetery).
