There doesn't appear to be a war memorial of any description inside the church, although it's just possible that the east window could be - the inscription reads THE NOBLE ARMY OF MARTYRS PRAISE THEE. Died 30th December 1944. 1692624 Aircraftman 1st Class Albert Ball, Royal Air Force. Died 27th December 1945, aged 23. Son of Thomas and Margaret Ball; husband of Mona Ball, of Barnoldswick.T/10667154 Driver Moses Aughton, Royal Army Service Corps. Died 5th October 1947, aged 27. Stepson of Sarah Aughton, of Leyland.
