58544 Private John Rose, 55th Field Ambulance, Royal Army Medical Corps. Died of wounds received in action in France on 18th September 1918, aged 24.
Sons of James and Martha Rose, of 119, Promenade Road, Fleetwood.
14375871 Gunner Raymond Edward Adams, Royal Artillery. Died of wounds on 24th October 1944, aged 20. Son of Joseph and Annie Adams, Fleetwood. The dedication is inside the front cover of a Holy Bible.
