Trooper Lloyd Ferrier, son of Mr. J. B. Ferrier, of Cardiff, who went to South Africa as a member of the Gloucestershire Company of Imperial Yeomanry, has returned to England. He arrived at Southampton on Thursday with many other invalids in the Dunera, and was transferred to Fort Brocklehurst. (Evening Express, Saturday 19th January 1901) _________________________________________________ GLAMORGAN YEOMANRY The Glamorgan Yeomanry, who have just arrived home from South Africa, left Aldershot this afternoon at 4.20 p.m., and will reach Cardiff at 9.48.
