The chapel lay closed and vandalised for several years, the war memorial also being vandalised. A replacement was installed in February 2013 by the Friends Of Bethesda and a book, To The Fallen, has been researched and published.
I photographed the WW1 rolls of honour when they were on display in Hanley Museum.
