Not the best time for me to visit the church as the south aisle was full of Christmas card stock and the memorial chapel was being used for storage. "CHRISTS FAITHFUL SOLDIER AND SERVANT UNTO HIS LIFES END"1914-19181939-1945Lieutenant Colonel Thomas Herbert Picton Morris M.C., The Rifle Brigade. Died 18th September 1916 of wounds received at the Battle of the Somme, aged 33.
Lieutenant Allen Francis Synge, Irish Guards. Killed in action at Bourlon Wood on 27th November 1917.
