13158 Corporal Vincent Poulton, "D" Company 1st Battalion, Loyal North Lancashire Regiment. Died 18th August 1916. He was the son of Joseph and Ann Poulton of 1, Dove Street, Deepdale, Preston and his name is on the Thiepval Memorial in France. The white cross immediately above his chevron indicates that he was a First Class Scout.
