This roll of honour covers 1914 and 1915 only. It was on loan from the Conservative Club to the Heritage Centre at Carnforth railway station where I photographed it.
Second Lieutenant Gerald Kirk, King's Own (Royal Lancaster Regiment). Died 24th April 1915.
10485 Private Herbert Beattie, Royal Fusiliers. Died 25th September 1915, aged 31. Note that the roll of honour has Private Beattie serving in the Royal Engineers.
