A Foundation Stone Laying Ceremony for the Parish Hall took place on 25th July 1923. The Great War memorial stone is in the south wall but the building itself is not a memorial.
The memorial can just be seen, halfway along the right-hand wall
and to the right, with St Paul's Church in the background.
